Journaling Calms The Nerves

For those of you who enjoy writing don’t forget to journal.  Journaling is a relaxing way to practice your writing and also will help get things off your chest.  Therapy is much more expensive that a notebook.

There are also hundreds of journals that will prompt you by asking you questions.  There are journals for mothers, fathers, sisters, friends, happiness, getting to know yourself, biography, etc. Check them out.  It can be lots of fun.  Some of them you can even do with someone else making it a family or friend project that becomes a keepsake.
